Dr. Crawley

Micah Crowley, DMD, MS

Dr. Crowley comes to us from our South Philadelphia Periodontal Consultants location where he has been for the last couple years- and continues to see patients. Dr. Crowley attended Montana State University where he completed his Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry for which he received High Honors. He then followed his dream of becoming a dentist by attending Oregon Health & Science University where he received his Doctorate of Dental Medicine. Dr. Crowley then decided to continue his dental education and attended Temple University’s School of Dentistry where he received his Master of Science in Oral Biology, and postgraduate certificates in Advanced General Dentistry and Periodontology.

Dr. Crowley is extremely passionate about providing quality dentistry to his patients and makes his patients his number one priority from the first moment he meets them. His periodontal style is to utilize the most minimally invasive and conservative treatment methods available to achieve his patient’s treatment goals. In fact, Dr. Crowley’s current patients talk about how they appreciate the minimally invasive care he provides and how they feel they received the highest standard of care throughout all of their procedures.

Dr. Crowley resides in Queen Village in Philadelphia, where he lives with his wife Rachael and their new little bundle of joy, Luca James, who was born in August. In his spare time, Dr. Crowley loves to travel and spend time outdoors skiing, surfing and fly fishing. He also loves to spend time with his little family.

Dr. Kapoor

Sameer Kapoor, DDS, MSD, MS

Dr. Sam is a native from Allentown, PA, and attended Temple University where he received both his Baccalaureate and Master’s degree in Biomedical Science with high honors. Upon graduating, Dr. Sam became a college professor teaching Biology, Anatomy and Physiology. However, it was always his dream to become a dentist, so he took off to the State University of New York for dental school.

Throughout dental school, Sam found himself gravitating to periodontics and once he obtained his Doctor of Dental Surgery, he decided to continue his studies in periodontics at Indiana University Purdue University Indianapolis, where he graduated with a Master of Science in Periodontology and a minor in oral pathology. During this time, Dr. Sam worked at the Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Indianapolis where he obtained advanced training in dental implant surgery, gum grafting, bone grafting, atraumatic tooth extractions, sedation, and oral medicine. Dr. Sam credits his time at the Veteran’s Center for his ability to create a calming environment for his patients with high anxiety- a gift his patients continue to tout today.

Sam’s extensive medical journey prepared him well in understanding how oral health plays into a patient’s overall health. Sam is passionate about getting to know his patients and offering them the most state-of-the-art techniques in periodontics and dental implantology. Outside of work, Dr. Sam enjoys spending time with his wife, Nadia, a dermatologist from Princeton, NJ, and their latest addition to the family, little baby Harris who arrived in October. Dr. Sam is also very passionate about giving back, and has a lengthy history of helping those in need around the world- whether it’s raising money for those displaced after an earthquake or collecting clothes for refugees.
